What is the service I would promote on my website?

Why do I have to register?
Without registration we cannot give you a unique phone number and extension to promote ESO.TV service. We cannot connect the traffic to your website, so we cannot pay your share.
What data is required to register?
Username, password, e-mail address, your (real) name, company name, country, address.
I have registered, but I cannot log in. Why?
You have probably missed our e-mail verification message. Check your mail! If you already verified your email address and you still can’t log in, please contact support.
I still have not received the verification e-mail. Why?
Please be patient. Servers are not always fast. Try to check your e-mail 1-2 hours after the registration. Don’t forget to check the spam folder as well!
If you have not received the e-mail after a few hours please contact support.
I have not verified my e-mail address yet. Is my registration valid?
No. Your registration is valid after you get a confirmation e-mail about the successful verification of your e-mail address.
I would like to use the promotional materials, but the system won’t let me. Why?
These are the most likely reasons:
- You have not asked for a unique phone number/extension for ESO.TV materials. You can do this in the settings menu.
- Your search parameters did not bring any results. Please try to search for something else.
What is a promo tool?
A promo tool in the NewAgeAffiliates.com Program can be a banner or iframe content. This is what you can place on your website. Your visitors can go to your unique ESO.TV or EsoGuru.com affiliate website through the banners. In case of iframe content, the affiliate website will appear on your site.
Which promo tool should I use?
It is completely up to you. You can choose any of the promotional materials available in your country.
What types of promo tools can I use?
Banner, animated banners or iframe content.
What kind of websites can participate?
The affiliate program is open to any site that are not unlawful, does not promote violence and have similar philosophy as NewAgeAffiliates.com.
NewAgeAffiliates.com reserves the right to check registered websites’ content manually or by automated processes and exclude those which are not in compliance of the above conditions.
Do I get a share after each click on the banners?
No. You receive share after:
- phone call traffic on your unique phone number and extension via ESO.TV
- after ticket purchases on EsoGuru.com
What is a unique phone number and extension?
These are to identify which phone call came from which affiliate when promoting ESO.TV. People who visit ESO.TV through your site, or check your iframe content will see your unique phone number only. If they call, you get share.
Why is it good to have a unique phone number?
This way the traffic originating from your site can be identified and exactly measured. This is how you get the share you worked for.
How do I get share after customers?
You get share after each ticket purchase on EsoGuru.com or call on your unique phone number or extension at ESO.TV. Your share is transferred each month to your PayPal account if the amount reaches the payout limit you set. The lowest payout limit is $100 (USD) per month.
If a customer visited ESO.TV or EsoGuru.com through my website, but later goes directly to one of these sites do I get a share?
Yes. A cookie is placed on the customers' computer that will identify them as your users. You continue to get share after ticket purchases on EsoGuru.com, and the same goes for ESO.TV: the people you bring to the site will always see your unique phone number and extension.
How many visitors do I have to have to be worth joining?
There are no exact numbers. Of course the larger traffic you have the more easily you can get high share, but good promo tool placement, and quality content can make a difference!
I have more websites. Can I join with all of them?
You can promote EsoGuru.com on unlimited number of sites. In case of ESO.TV you can operate in 3 countries at most, but within a country you can use unlimited number of sites. This is because we can assign 3 unique phone numbers maximum to one affiliate.
I have several websites in the program promoting ESO.TV and I do not get new phone numbers or extensions anymore. Why?
If you already have websites in 3 different countries, you reached the maximum. You cannot choose a fourth country so you cannot get a phone number as well.
We assign one phone number (extension) to you for each country. No partners will get more than one phone number (extension) in one country.
Why is there a $100 (USD) minimum payout limit?
Primarily it has technical reasons, and we believe it will also motive partners more.
I have not received my share yet. Why?
- Your share has not reached the minimum payout limit yet.
- It is not payout time. We transfer shares within 8 days after the specific month when the payout limit was reached.
- You have given us a wrong PayPal account.
- There is a technical error.
I have not received my share yet. What can I do?
Check the following:
- Did your share reach the payout limit?
- Did the 8-day deadline pass?
- Did you give us correct PayPal data?
If the answers are yes, please contact support
My share reached $100 (USD) but I have not received any money. Why?
- You may have set a higher payout limit
- It is not payout time. We transfer shares within 8 days after the specific month when the payout limit was reached.
- You have given us a wrong PayPal account.
- There is a technical error.
What does the minimum payout limit mean?
The minimum payout limit is $100 (USD), but partners can set it higher. ESO.TV transfers money only when the set minimum payout limit is reached. If you reach the limit, you can expect payment next month within 8 days.
What is a PayPal account?
PayPal is a widespread easy-to-use payment method. ESO.TV transfers money only to PayPal accounts. Read more about PayPal here.
I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I get my share somehow without it?
NewAgeAffiliates transfers money only to PayPal accounts. If you do not have a PayPal account, create one. PayPal
What does the type of a promo tool mean?
We have three types of promo tools: banner, flash and iframe content.
What does the category of a promo tool mean?
This describes the theme of the promo tool: love reading, Christmas reading etc.
In the promo tools menu I see banners in a wrong language. What can I do?
If you operate in more than one country you will only see the promo tools available in one given country. Change the country in the promo tools menu.
What does height and width mean in the promo tools menu?
It describes the height and width of a specific promo tool. This way you can find the good size more easily. If you leave these fields blank, you will see all promo tools that apply to the rest of the search filters.
I cannot see the promo tools. Why?
- You don’t have a phone number (extension) yet
- Your search parameters did not have any results. Change the search parameters.
I would like to quit the program. What can I do?
Remove the promo tools from your websites and please contact our support.
I would like to quit the program. When do I get my share?
If you reached the payout limit you get the share within 8 days after the last active month.
How do I embed HTML code?
Click "HTML code" button next to the promo tool. Then click on the "select HTML code" button. Finally copy the code into your website’s source code.
I am participating with more than one website and I would like to see the statistics of the sites separately. Where can I do that?
Our statistics provide detailed data within a given country. You can also see statistics of different promo tools, but unfortunately currently you cannot see stats by website.
I operate websites in more than 3 countries. Can I have a phone number for each one promoting ESO.TV?
NewAgeAffiliates provides phone numbers for 3 countries maximum / partner. However, in special cases, such as when the partner proves that it can drive considerable traffic, NewAgeAffiliates may decide otherwise. Please contact support.
What is the click-through rate?
It is obtained by dividing the "number of users who clicked on a promo tool" on a web page by the "number of times the ad was displayed".
My click-through rate suggests that I should have a higher share. Why is that?
Click-through rate does not mean that the visitors made a phone call. Your share is based on phone call traffic.
Is there a promo tool where my unique phone number (extension) appears when promoting ESO.TV?
Yes. The iframe content shows your unique phone number (extension) directly on your site.
